Do you remove wildlife humanely?
Yes. We use humane, regulation-compliant methods — primarily one-way doors that allow animals to exit on their own and prevent re-entry. We always check for dependent young first, because separating a mother raccoon or squirrel from her litter is both inhumane and leaves babies trapped in your attic. Our goal is to resolve the conflict without harming the animal.
How are raccoons and squirrels getting into my attic?
Raccoons are strong enough to tear open roof vents, soffit returns, and rotted fascia, while squirrels exploit smaller gaps where the soffit meets the roofline and around the chimney. We trace the exact entry points during the inspection — there’s often more than one — and seal them with reinforced materials, because removing the animal without sealing simply invites the next one in.
There’s a skunk living under my deck — what can you do?
Skunks commonly den under decks, sheds, and porches. We install a one-way door at the active entrance so the skunk leaves and can’t return, then screen or dig-proof the perimeter to keep new animals out. Timing matters in spring when females may have kits, so we inspect for young before sealing anything.
Do I need the attic cleaned after wildlife is removed?
